HIGH BANK HOSTS INAUGURAL “PLATINUM PARTY”
Columbus, OH — High Bank Distillery Co. is thrilled to announce its first annual Platinum Party. Join us at our Grandview location in our inviting Barrel Room as we celebrate the spirits that have consistently achieved the highest honors.
How does a product achieve Platinum Status? Platinum means a product has won three double golds consecutively at the most prestigious competition, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This competition is known as one of the most influential and respected spirits competition in the world, judging spirits across 100 different categories. It is the 2nd oldest and largest spirits competition, including over 6,000 entries across the world, and is considered the "industry standard" of what's what in alcoholic beverages.
In hopes of getting these rare awards for 2024, the High Bank team held back a limited number of each batch. All four products received Platinum medals - High Bank Vodka, Whiskey War Barrel Proof, Whiskey War Double Oaked and Midnight Cask Barrel Proof.

After winning the award for the Best Blended Whiskey In America for three years in a row - we didn’t know what to expect at this year’s competition.
It is an honor to be awarded 4 platinum medals. We received the most platinum medals out of any American distillery, and second highest in the nation. We held back a limited number of bottles for each batch that was submitted, just in case. We are excited for our whiskey-lovers to taste the exact batches that the judges tasted through, and awarded Double Golds and Platinums.
This is the first large-scale event we will hold in the barrel room, and our whole team is excited for the public to experience the best of High Bank.

Guests will be able to sample each of the four Platinum medal-winning spirits and two highly anticipated unreleased spirits - the unreleased Whiskey War Double Double Oaked Batch #5 and the highly anticipated High Bank Bourbon. The bourbon bottle is set to release in early 2025.
Attendees will also experience an exceptional performance by The Mighty Troubadours, a local powerhouse 8-piece “Newgrass” band known for its passionate vocal harmonies, high-octane strings, and brass. Accompanying the first-ever barrel room concert, High Bank Distillery will provide guests with a custom Whiskey War glass, a sample of each award-winning spirits, signed bottles by co-owner and Master Distiller, the opportunity to purchase all Platinum Award-winning bottles, a food pop-up and more.
