WHAT TO EXPECT

Selecting your own single barrel is a one-of-a-kind experience that typically is only available to the select few. High Bank Distillery is offering up our private inventory of barrels to you. Whether you are an individual wanting to split a barrel among friends, or a company looking to gift your employees or clients with the Best Blended Whiskey in America, we guide you every step of the way.

You and your group of up to 8 people will meet us at our production facility in Grandview, Ohio. We begin with a tour of the distillery and talk about the process of making and blending whiskey. We then find our way to the barrel room for an immersive and detailed tasting experience that is unmatched. Once the barrel is selected, we harvest it within days and start working with you to design your own custom back label that can be placed on every bottle.

- Choose from at least 6 different barrels on the day of your barrel pick.
- Focus on picking just one style of product or up to 3 (ex. Double Oaked, Double Double & Barrel Select)
- Custom labels for your bottles.
- Half barrels (for Whiskey War Double Oaked only) and full barrels available.
Prices start at $7500 for a half barrel (Whiskey War Double Oaked only) to be picked, labeled and bottled. A half barrel will contain around 100 bottles and a full barrel will contain between 180-240 bottles (depending on age and product picked). The price per bottle ranges from $74.99-$114.99 depending on the product and barrel selected.
A $5000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a barrel pick experience date.
- Barrel picks are scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am and 2pm.

- Barrel picks last around 2 hours and we highly recommend making a reservation at our restaurant directly after to give your group plenty of time to eat and hydrate post pick.
Yes this experience is for the general public. The bottles are Not-For-Resale. Bourbon/Whiskey clubs, individuals, corporations (gifts to employees, clients), and anyone else that won’t be re-selling the bottles can buy a barrel through this barrel pick experience.
Typically bottles are available to be picked up within 4-6 weeks after the custom label is approved.
