COLUMBUS, OH — Midnight Cask Barrel Proof is back with a second batch.
Midnight Cask Barrel Proof is a blend of our classic Whiskey War Barrel Proof and an Australian Tawny Port Wine. Whiskey forward with a buttery plum and raisin wine note, followed by a white pepper spice from the Whiskey War Barrel Proof.
Original Midnight Cask is a great night cap. The spice from barrel proof is balanced out with the sweeter wine notes. It is a good choice for both whiskey-drinkers and anyone who is not used to the intense whiskey flavor.

As a newer product, we wanted to send it off to spirit competitions to see what the response is. It was recently awarded a Double Gold at the largest competition in the world, the 2022 San Francisco Wine and Spirits Competition. Being one of the 5 Double Gold awards we received was a testimate to the quality and flavor of the bottle.
We released Batch #1 this past January and every bottle sold out in under 3 hours. I’m looking forward to seeing the reviews and response of Batch #2.
