HIGH BANK RELEASES NEW VODKA PACKAGING TO SUPPORT THE PLANET
COLUMBUS, OH — Introducing: the new and improved High Bank Vodka. Same award-winning vodka, new plant-friendly bottle.
The highest awarded Ohio Vodka in the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition is shedding some weight and getting a new look. Not only does our new packaging look amazing, but it also utilizes Eco Glass, which uses 40% less material than a typical bottle, further reducing our impact on the planet.
“We started planning to launch our new vodka label, but wanted to take a step back first and see what else we could do as a company to align with our continuous contribution to helping the environment through 1% For The Planet. 1% is a global organization that connects businesses to environmental nonprofits throughout the nation. We are committed to giving at least 1% of our total revenue from our restaurants and distillery, back to local and national partners that support sustaining the planet.

In addition to the new plant-friendly glass, there are some other packaging changes on the new vodka bottle .The inclusion of the map on the bottle represents the story of how the great city of Columbus came to be.
When Ohio forged plans for the state capital, the area known as Franklinton was a primary consideration due to its close proximity to the water and pre-existing infrastructure. After much consideration, they concluded the risk of flooding was too great. On February 14th, 1812, the Ohio state legislature accepted plans to lay out the capital, now known as Columbus, on the High Bank opposite Franklinton, at the fork of the Scioto and Olentangy rivers.
