COLUMBUS, OH — High Bank’s Whiskey War Double Oaked is back with Batch #5.

Whiskey War Double Oaked is the award-winning Whiskey War Barrel Proof (already aged for 4.5 years) given a second maturation in a brand new charred oak barrel for an additional 8 months for a total age statement of 5+ years. Double Oaked recently received a Double Gold award at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Batch #4 sold out in 4 minutes, breaking a record for High Bank’s Double Oaked releases. Batch #5 will NOT be sold online this time. You can secure your batch #5 bottle at either of their two retail locations on August 12th (starting at 9am) or keep an eye out for it at your local Ohio liquor store later this month.

We blended three barrels to create Batch #5, which is by far my favorite Double Oaked batch to date. This product is definitely our most sought-after bottle. Our goal is to continue to up production and get more bottles in liquor stores throughout Ohio to get it in as many hands as possible. It is absolutely the go-to neat pour.
