HIGH BANK DROPS THREE LIMITED RELEASES THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

High Bank Distillery Co. is set to release two limited release Barrel Selects and the much anticipated Batch #3 of Double Double Oaked.
Master Distiller and co-founder Adam Hines speaks to this holiday release.
Our previous batches of Whiskey War Double Double Oaked (Batch #2) and Whiskey War Barrel Select (Batch #11), won us the title of Best Blended Whiskey In America for the second and third year in a row, respectively.
After Barrel Select - Double Double Pinot Noir won Best In Class at San Francisco World Spirits Competition, we decided to try this process again with two more barrels. Our Double Oaked product was aged in a Pedro Ximenez cask as well as an Oloroso Sherry cask. Our team is extremely excited for our audience to try all three products. Our classic Whiskey War Double Oaked finished in an additional Pedro Ximénez
cask, for a total age statement of 5 years. Notes of spiced oak, caramel,
tart cherry and clove.
Tasting Notes: Opens with a buttery nose of baking spice, oak, and grape. The palate is a rich tapestry of leather, spiced oak, caramel, and tart cherry. The finish is dry, leaving a lingering taste of baking spice, clove, and anise.

Our classic Whiskey War Double Oaked finished in an additional Oloroso Sherry
cask, for a total age statement of 6 years. Notes of buttery caramel cream,
spiced oak, grape and white peppercorn.
Tasting Notes: Starts with a nose of fruited candy, grape Jolly Rancher, caramel apple sucker, and lingering oak. The palate is indulged with buttery caramel cream, spiced oak, and grape. The finish is semi-dry, leaving a lasting impression of white peppercorn, toasted butter, and spiced oak.

Our classic rye-heavy mash bill aged in a new oak barrel and then in asecond
new oak barrel for an average age of 6 years. Notes of charred oak, molasses, cherry
and orange blossom.
Tasting Notes: An enticing nose of peppercorn, cinnamon, caramel, and ryegrass. The palate is greeted with charred oak, molasses, and a hint of cherry. A medium, tannic finish reveals notes of orange blossom, smoked leather, and oak.
